**1. Introduction and Explanation (10 minutes):**

**Teacher's Dialogue:**

"Good morning, everyone! Today we're going to have a fantastic time moving and learning about how to be more agile and coordinated, just like a ninja or a martial arts expert! On your mark, get set, zigzag! Keep your eyes forward and imagine you’re a sneaky cat trying to catch a toy."

**Step 3: Hula Hoop Jumps (5 minutes)**

Students jump through a series of hula hoops laid out in various patterns to enhance their jumping precision and coordination.

"Now, this part is one of my favorites—hula hoop jumping! Let’s pretend the floor is lava, and these hoops are your safe spots. We’ll try a single jump first, then double. Jump right into the middle of each hoop, like a kangaroo. Can you make it through without missing a hoop? Let’s find out!"
